About
As an experienced social worker, counsellor and community capacity builder I provide support to help nurture your strengths to clear a pathway for positive change
Who is Dr Anton Rossouw?
I have a career spanning 40 years with a background in psychology, social work, community development and research. I’m experienced in working with individuals, families, groups, teams and communities in cross-cultural and a range of settings. My training and background have prepared me well to support those suffering from anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship breakdown, trauma and stress. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space to share your personal stories and life challenges and can support clients to make genuine, lasting and positive changes in their lives, while resolving unhealthy patterns.

Having worked in South Africa and Australia, I value culture, diversity and inclusion. I have a lived experience of the complexities of social and cultural issues in multi-cultural communities. I live in the local community and as a result I understand the typical problems people in rural Western Australia face and the unique stressors inherent to living in small country towns.
I acknowledge the traditional owners of Country throughout Western Australia and their connection to land, waters and community. I pay my respect to them and their cultures, and to their elders past, present and emerging. Through acknowledgement and learning together we can heal Country.
